Experiencia negativa: After receiving a referral from a prior client of Stacy's I went ahead and contacted her. All started off well! Stacy came to our home with a co-worker who does the purchasing part as well. She ran stats on the home and figured out what we should put as an offer ($295k). After she left the house, that was the last time I saw Stacy. The Peardon team is excellent at posting the house on the marketplace (Zillow, Realtor, MLS, etc.); which is all extremely convenient since you can manage it at Brivity. The sites do the work for you. Within 2 weeks we had multiple showings, and an offer at $275k and they requested almost everything stay with the house (cameras, washer dryer, etc.). I received a call from Stacy about the offer and she gave no thought on what we should do and seemed to only care about making the $ rather than a counter-offer. I countered with $285k and we keep the stuff they wanted, they accepted. Throughout the entire process I had to call for EVERY SINGLE UPDATE. While Stacy was constantly on vacation or out of State. The one specifically holding us back from closing was the appraisal. One of the employees at the Peardon office said we were waiting on more pictures from the FHA appraiser. A week and a half went by I haven't heard a thing. I called, an employee answered and said let me check on that. Not longer than 5 minutes later Stacy calls me and says we appraised (didn't include the amount we appraised at). I had it. For every update from offers, purchase agreements, etc. I had to call for updates. But this set me over the top because it was the only thing holding us, and the buyers back from closing. There never needed to be pictures taken (it must of been made up). The fact that I had to call for every thing, to finally make it to closing is the primary reason for this review. At closing, Stacy was again on vacation. We closed, shook hands, and that was it. Handed them a $9000.00 check for basically free. Pros: They can post a house on the market place. Cons: Expect to call for EVERY SINGLE UPDATE. And expect the Peardon team to not fight for the customer (counter-offers). Overall: Extremely disappointed. You're better off hiring a photographer and manually posting your house on the market.

Our schedule is constantly changing so it was vital to have this type of flexibility with our "Agent", who we now proudly call "Friend" . He has us in the door 15 minutes later. We closed on the house 30 days afterward. It was exactly what we had been looking for! After taking down a wall and some small changes we had our dream open concept!!! Vincenza handled the all the paperwork for closing. She would call me weekly with updates on the process, requests for docs etc. It was like having a personal assistant! All of the horror stories you hear about missing closing table documents delaying sales or souring deals, rest assured this is not something that you have to worry about with Vincenza on task and informing you along the way. They call it "The Stacy Peardon Team" for a reason. Every great team has a great leader. Stacy is that person! She took care of the selling of my condo. Photos were absolutely fantastic and she listed my property $15K higher than others had told me to list it. Rather than trying to make a "quick sale" Stacy noted that my property was differentiated from the other condos due to features and remodeling that had been done when I bought it. After a short time on the market and multiple offers it sold for $20k more than "Zillow or Redfin" said it was worth!!! We could not be happier with our experience with The Peardon Team!!!

Experiencia fantástica: I recently needed to sell my home, due to a job-relocation out of state. It was an extremely stressful time, and I needed a realtor that could sell my home, and make it as easy as possible. I interviewed several realtors, as it was important to me to find someone I could trust and that I felt could deliver. The first meeting I had with Stacy, I was impressed and actually excited to start this process. The process and resources that she described to help facilitate the sale of my home quickly and efficiently were exactly what I was hoping for. Most importantly, Stacy and her team sold my home in less than 30 days (above asking pricing)! Not only was Stacy available throughout the entire process, her team was very helpful and proactive. Stacy met with me several times to walk through the process, and to listen to my expectations of what I needed. She had both a stager, and photographer help to prepare my home for sale. The tools available to market, schedule showings and keep me informed throughout the entire process were great! In addition to Stacy, Amanda and Vincenza ensured I was kept informed throughout the entire process from pre-listing through closing. Finally, Sue, from the Peardon Team, facilitated the closing and was wonderful to work with! I had high expectations when we started this process, and Stacy and her team truly delivered. I appreciated their diligence, support and proactiveness, and feel they deserve a 5-star rating.

Experiencia negativa: I do not recommend contacting Stacey for your real estate needs. Regardless of what she says, she does not put her clients first. She didn't keep us informed during the process. It was always us contacting her asking what the latest status was. She didn't disclose the details of our deal to us either because she wasn't honest, or she didn't know herself. She didn't have our interest in mind, only hers. 5 days before closing, our deal fell through and she couldn't explain why. If you know anything what-so-ever about real estate, or good customer service for that matter, I suggest you look elsewhere for a realtor. Stacey isn't somebody who will fight for you or put the customer first. Find a realtor that will work FOR YOU, not for themselves.

Experiencia negativa: Stacy Peardon ruined my buying experience. She is too busy for clients and refuses to return phone calls. STEER CLEAR AT ANY EXPENSE!!!!!
