We put in so many offers, and others were offering more and faster than we were. Keslie and Tim refused to be discouraged, and kept us from feeling discouraged as well. Experiencia negativa: If there was a way to get zero stars, this company, I would! I was suffering with a terminal illness, when I hired them to sell my house, and told them exactly what I wanted. They did exactly what I told him not to do! Then they used to contract, which I will post on here as proof to extortion me. Currently, we are in the middle of a Court battle to get my money back, because they extortion me just to get out of the contract, which was completely unreal, considering that I am an ADA client.

Experiencia negativa: These ladies are very nice and friendly. However, many things occurred that were distressing to me. I asked them to come to my home to tell me what they thought I could sell my home for. I was in the process of redoing my home (i.e., painting, cleaning, etc.) They came in and after a few minutes told me that my house smelled (it was the fresh paint), told me "oh, I hate this kitchen", told me the tiles in my hallway and bathroom didn't match (they did). They then proceeded to tell me I could sell my home for 145k. They said I could probably sell it for like 150k or 160k if I remodeled the horrible kitchen, removed the popcorn ceiling, etc. They left, and I was left wondering. I saw 4 other agents, and all of them gave me a higher number than they did. Some not by much, but one agent (who I ultimately went with) gave me a quote 60k more than what these ladies did. I did not fix any of the things they said to fix, but I continued on with my own plan for updating it. My home sold for over 200k. I DO NOT RECOMMEND them!!!!

By exact, I mean this house we bought was the very same house my family stalked at Christmas time because their light display was amazing. Their yard was beautiful and the neighborhood was quiet and clean. I jeep telling Keslie I'm never moving again so I won't ever need her services again but if I did, she would be my first call. When selling our home, we had many offers but none that were full price. After some open houses and private viewings, a full price offer was offered and accepted. Our previous realtor gave us comps that were 70k less than what we ended up getting. This just proves that purple sells Peoria.

Experiencia negativa: Horribly RUDE! First let me say from a marketing standpoint it costs approximately $10,000 in advertising dollars to make up for every bad review. So maybe a few more these will cost enough for you to treat prospecting clients with a little courtesy. Background: I am a resident of Crown Point and reside on Eugie avenue. Friends of ours are in the market to buy a home near us and I noticed the open house signs on 75th avenue in Peoria, so I stopped to inquire . I am a financial planner and am currently working on acquiring a selling agent and buying agent (current they do not have one). They will also be using the sellers lender to make the purchase process go smoothly. My daughter and I pulled up to the home and received a greeting from Keslie Halonen and a quick stern request "please sign in for me". You are first greeted by a table and information cards in the front yard. I politely mentioned that I rather not provide information (unbeknownst to her, I was looking for a friend and did not want any follow up solicitation to my phone or address). She quickly and curtly replied "then you are not coming in!" along with a snarky smile. How does this align with your mission statement? "We believe that if you’re not left with an amazing experience, we haven’t done our job. We don’t measure success through achievements or awards, but through the satisfaction of our clients." This is truly laughable! I was taken back by just how unprofessional and rude Keslie Halonen was. We were prospects for business! I can't imagine how much worse it could get if there was a problem in the selling process, or what would be found thereafter hiding behind the walls of a "new home" due to their lack of integrity. Stay away!

It read. Your realtor needs to contact us. A professional would respond. Thanks for your interest in this property. Please have your realtor contact us regarding this property as it is under contract but we may have others you may be interested in. I understand it’s a hot market right now but customer service and professionalism goes a long way.

We even got to rent back for a month, which made the move-out so much less stressful. Tim loaned us a dolly, and brought us packing materials and boxes. All in all it was a great experience.

We gave them a very short time frame to work with, and they made it with days to spare. The entire team exceeded all of our expectations especially since we made the mistake of trying a different team first. They really look out for you and make it a comfortable experience. I reached out to Daughterdad realty and they impressed me right away and eased my nerves! They were on the ball and got our home listed right away and worked so hard to market it and let everyone know it was for sale! We had an offer less than 48hrs of listing the property! We were thrilled! Tim for Daughterdad realty went even further to negotiate a deal with the buyers that brought us in at $5,000 OVER our asking price! WE WERE AMAZED! Furthermore, any questions or concerns I had were immediately answered, they were on top of everything! I was so thankful they walked us through all the steps of the inspection and appraisal. We had to get some work done on our roof and they handled getting a few roofers out to give quotes and set up them coming out! They even negotiated for the payment to all come out of escrow which was a huge relief to my husband and I! Overall I would recommend Daughterdad Realty 100%! They blew me away and made selling my home sooooo easy and sold the home for a high price to give us the best return on our investment! I am so glad I ended up going with them vs. Opendoor because my deadline was still met, it was so easy and we sold our home for almost 40,000 more than what Opendoor offered us!

Experiencia negativa: Had the worst experience imaginable with this realtor and her client. The realtor was unreliable, unresponsive, unprofessional and possibly dishonest throughout the process. The behavior and handling of the transaction by this realtor cost me extra time and money. I would give negative stars if I could. There are many realtors out there, save yourself the headache and avoid this one!
