Experiencia fantástica: Hello Current homebuyers, My name is Anthony and I recently sold my townhouse in North Andover Mass. I chose the Ciccarelli Realty group to represent the selling of my home. And Boy was so glad that I did. The experience began with meeting Bob Ciccarelli the owner of the company. We began to sell a townhouse at the worst possible time of year, which was January. Even though we had many snow, storms and lousy weekends, Bob weathered through the storms and did his due diligence. When the good weather came Offers began to come in. We found out that There were some glitches in the HOA of selling the townhouse. Experiencia fantástica: I was recommended Bob by family who had also purchased their first home with his help and were very satisfied. To start, I called a couple of lenders but Bob connected me with a lender that offered a great rate and program. I then provided him with a list of homes I was interested in viewing and we spent a weekend looking at them and a couple more, and throughout he provided great knowledge about the conditions of the homes. Since I had screened houses online ahead of time and had an idea of what I wanted, that weekend was all we needed and we placed an offer around asking price on my top choice home. It was accepted, and after the inspection, Bob helped negotiate for the seller to put several thousands of dollars toward closing costs! The rest also went smoothly and I love my new home though I did have to find a washer and dryer as that was unexpectedly not part of the deal so it's always good to thoroughly read everything as not everything will always be called out. I would definitely recommend Bob! He also helped another family member close recently so we're big fans.
