Experiencia negativa: ⭐☆☆☆☆ Unprofessional and Poor Communication Very disappointing experience with this real estate agent. We started a conversation about renting an apartment on Zillow, and he sent me several questions, which I answered the same day. After that, he disappeared without any response or update. A week later, I followed up with him, only for him to ask me the same questions again. I answered, and once again, he disappeared without following up. This behavior is extremely unprofessional and shows a lack of respect for people's time. If the apartment is no longer available or there is an issue, the least an agent can do is communicate clearly instead of leaving potential renters waiting without an answer. Good communication and follow-through are basic expectations in real estate. Based on my experience, this agent failed to meet even those basic standards. I would not recommend him to anyone looking to rent an apartment.

Chris took the time to explain the application process and provided advice and guidance needed to ensure I had everything lined up to move in once my application was approved.
