Aspen Regency is Garden Communities’ newest apartment home development just Northwest of Boston. Experiencia fantástica: My wife and I have thoroughly enjoyed our time living in this community. From day one, the experience has been seamless, and the management team has consistently exceeded our expectations. The leasing staff deserve special recognition for being professional, courteous, and always willing to help. Whether it was a simple question or a maintenance-related concern, we always received prompt responses and excellent service. The property is exceptionally well maintained. Snow removal during the winter was always quick and reliable, landscaping is beautifully kept, and the overall cleanliness of the community reflects the care and attention put into the property. Our apartment has been spacious, comfortable, and equipped with modern, high-end appliances that made daily living convenient and enjoyable. The building amenities, including the elevator, add to the overall comfort and accessibility of the community. One thing that stands out is the consistency. The grounds are always maintained, common areas are spotless, and the community feels safe, quiet, and welcoming. It’s clear that the team takes pride in creating a great living experience for residents. I would highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a well-managed, upscale apartment with excellent service and maintenance. Experiencia fantástica: We have had an outstanding experience living in this community and cannot say enough good things about the property and the management team. The leasing office staff have always been incredibly professional, friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful. Every interaction has been pleasant, and any questions or requests were handled promptly and efficiently. The property is maintained to an exceptionally high standard throughout the year. Snow removal is always completed on time, landscaping and lawn care are immaculate, and the common areas are consistently clean and well-kept. Experiencia positiva: Being nestled in a nature preserve the property starts out beautiful. The staff continues with excellent landscaping, not just the grass but also the flowers and the trees and the beds that are in and around them. There are a lot of things needed in a community and I can't think of any that were done poorly during my more than one year's residency. Some of the things I remember being done well is snow removal: the team is out there at 4:00 in the morning, first humans with shovels and salt, then later skid steers with big shovels and precise and careful extraction of what makes a slip and slide. The maintenance crew is very responsive at all times they are courteous and evoke a feeling of trust and reliability. I feel as though the office staff has a special affinity for me because of the favors they did for me, the attention they paid, they're helpfulness and professionalism, but I'm sure everybody gets that treatment. I've lived in a lot of places and a lot of different neighborhoods and Aspen regency is by far one of the best.

Experiencia fantástica: Five Years and Counting: A Place I’ve Been Proud to Call Home After living at Aspen Regency for nearly five years, I can confidently say it’s been a fantastic rental experiences . In an industry where turnover is high, the consistency here is what really stands out. The Management & Maintenance Team: One of the main reasons I stayed so long is the staff: Promptness: Maintenance requests are usually handled within [24/48] hours. They don't just "patch" things; they actually fix them. Professionalism: The leasing office team is approachable and actually remembers your name. They’ve always been transparent about renewals and any community updates. The Neighborhood Vibe: The location is unbeatable. Being so close to the highway has made my commute and weekend errands a breeze. The community itself feels safe, well-lit, and friendly. The Bottom Line:: If you’re looking for more than just a place to crash—if you want a community where the staff cares and the environment is stable—I can’t recommend Aspen enough. I’m only leaving because I bought a townhouse, otherwise, I'd probably be here for another five!

Experiencia negativa: Please read this before you move into this apartment. We moved out of the apartment at the end of our lease, and all rent was fully paid through the correct move-out date. Despite this, the apartment complex incorrectly added an additional month of rent after we had already moved out and then sent that wrongful balance to collections. When we contacted the apartment to correct the error, they refused to assist and stated that it was “not their problem” because we no longer live there

Experiencia negativa: I gave the management several chances/months to answer my emails before I wrote this review. As a resident for several years now, I just hope this is the last year renting here. This place transformed in an absolute joke, a community that is increasingly dangerous (especially for those with kids) and I would not recommend to any person/family to book a tour, not even talking about renting 1. Management ignoring every sigle concern/email/phone call from residents 2. Absolutely no parking any time of the day or night. It’s easier to find parking on newbury than in front of your building (and they advertise two cars per apartment) 3. “Ladies” vaping all summer long at the pool while it’s full of kids 4. “Ladies” completely wasted at the pool like this is a ghetto with no rules whatsoever. No one ever told these people anything - all summer long 5. Drug addicts 6. During colder months, residents smoke marijuana in their apartments and the smoke travels to the upper floors through the vents. Absolutely disgusting - no one does anything. 7. The ladies at the reception talk to you like they own the place. Probably should learn to be a little bit more humble. 8. Maintenance stuff is amazing - very responsive and friendly I feel bad to write this review, but unfortunately the management did not leave me another option.

Experiencia fantástica: Live here for two years and just moved out yesterday. It’s a good and peaceful community, Alden in the leasing office is very helpful, the maintenance team also responds quickly. The neighbor living above us made huge noise for a long time, if you are a person like quite, perhaps top floor is your choice.

Experiencia negativa: My experience here is terrible, they don’t have any regards for their tenants.. I haven’t had any rest since I came here because the neighbors upstairs won’t stop disturbing and they won’t do anything about it. The walls of the house is so thin that you can hear all your neighbors conversations even at the elevator. They know it’s very uncomfortable but they will go ahead and rent this apartment to the next victim. Some other companies will be nice enough to try resolve it or better still move you to the upper floor but they will rather see you have no rest than do anything about it.

Experiencia negativa: Horrible place falls apart. I would leave a 000000 if I could. For a Property Manager to call me racist who’s the racist here. I’m Hispanic amongst other nationalities. My son is mixed even more at that. Black American, West Indian and Asian from his father and his daughter half Salvadorian. I love my family. So really think hard when you think about moving in this place. My grand daughter myself my son 7 nationalities between us all my granddaughter has all 7. He has the nerve to call me racist. . Isn’t it so funny a memory came up from 2018 on Facebook hmmm . All races matter!!!!!

Experiencia fantástica: We truly enjoy living the Aspen Regency. It has become a wonderful home for our family, including our pets. We love that it is pet friendly, and has a dog park as well. The office staff is always there to answer our questions, address our concerns, and resolve any issues that arise. they are pleasant and caring , and very nice to work with. The Maintenance staff is excellent. they are prompt and friendly , and do an amazing job. Our family is very happy to call Aspen Regency our home!

Experiencia negativa: I am compelled to share my utterly disappointing experience as a resident of Aspen Regency over the past year. The most glaring issue that has plagued my time here is the persistent roach infestation. It's as if the pests have a permanent lease agreement of their own, and no matter how many times I've reported this issue to the leasing office, it remains unaddressed. My living space feels like an unholy alliance between me and these unwanted roommates. Speaking of the leasing office, dealing with the individuals employed there is a constant exercise in frustration. It's abundantly clear that the majority of the staff have no idea what they're doing. My attempts to seek assistance or even basic information are met with blank stares and incompetence. It's astonishing how they manage to maintain their positions despite their apparent lack of knowledge and professionalism. The overall cleanliness of the complex is abysmal. Public spaces are neglected, and it seems like the cleaning staff either doesn't exist or is woefully inept. The common areas are a breeding ground for filth, and the stench in some places is nauseating. It's disheartening to see the deterioration of living conditions in a place that should be committed to providing a comfortable and sanitary environment. Maintenance requests are treated with a level of urgency that suggests they're optional rather than essential. It's a Sisyphean task to get any repairs done promptly, and even when they are addressed, the quality of work is subpar at best. In summary, my year at Aspen Regency has been a colossal mistake. The roach-infested living conditions, coupled with the incompetence of the leasing office and the overall neglect of the property, have left me with no choice but to vehemently discourage anyone from considering this complex as a place to call home. Save yourself the trouble, steer clear of Aspen Regency, and spare yourself the misery of being trapped in a lease with a management team that seems more interested in apathy than resident satisfaction.

Experiencia negativa: Terrible place to live. They have rules against any and everything. Better off living in prison at this point. -Any noise will cause a complaint from neighbors. - my packages got lost and/or stolen often -rules against parking anywhere -You have to pay for water,sewer,electric, gas etc -only two cars max -I got accused of breaking the rules of having a dog. I don’t have a dog. -I got accused of smoking in the apartment. I don’t smoke -the leasing office is unprofessional and doesn’t respond to any document requests or emails. -during summer, the lifeguard at the pool denies entry for my 2 year old niece and my girlfriend, repeatedly. Im glad my lease is almost over with this garbage place

Experiencia negativa: Current tenant been living here since 2021 and will be leaving after my lease. Go anywhere else, this place is not worth it, over priced and they raise rent by a lot every year. I have tried to get my washer machine fixed on numerous occasions since I moved in, no one ever came to my apt. There was a water issue in 2022 and since then my water pressure has been messed up and my walls vibrate whenever we use water, manager is aware but does nothing. The grounds and mail room are always a mess. My building constantly has water issues and sewage leaks on the first floor. I have been scolded at by management to pick up my dogs poop although my dog was peeing at the time (my dog weighs 18lbs and has tiny poops, the ones being left around are from an XL dog), but the bigger dog owners tend to not pick their poop, and the onus is put on us tenants who do clean up after our pets. The new management company is horrible and doesn’t do much to manage the buildings. Prior management company had the halls cleaned regularly, smelling good and looking clean(walls and floors). The grounds and overall upkeep has gone downhill and the place is falling apart. The only upside is nice neighbors and a very quiet and safe environment.

Experiencia negativa: I lived here for 2 years from 2019-2021. During my time there the front office leasing staff were great. Maintenance was awesome. Bobby and Brian always helped me with everything I needed. I didn't have any issues with building 2 in terms of unit quality, but the upstairs neighbors were awful. Only after the 2nd year were they so loud. Rolling on chairs back and forth across the floor all day long and banging at all hours of the night. Numerous complaints to management and they did nothing. There was an infestation of silverfish in my unit during the second year it was disgusting. The first year was giant black gnats. I'd find these silverfish in my drawers all over the place I couldn't stand it I had to move out. The units looked nice and we had a lot of space in our unit for activities, but everything else just killed the experience. Seeing what it costs to rent there now is laughable compared to what we were paying 3 years ago. Don't miss it one bit!

Experiencia negativa: Absolute worst property managed by the worst property manager! Plenty of better places to live nearby, don't waste your money here. Dealing with office staff and mangement has only been a poor experience from the get go. Never return phone calls, never reply to email. I have never said this on any of my many reviews, but I would give them zero stars if I could. Thank God my lease is up! Don't give them your business EPIC FAIL!

Experiencia negativa: If I could leave no stars I would. First, Olden or whatever his name is gave me the wrong pricing information on a unit and told me he made a mistake AFTER I submitted my application. I then asked for a refund of my deposit and to get out of the whole deal and he said they couldn’t do it. I told him because it’s his mistake I should be refunded!! Everything you asked him he never had an answer, always had to go ask his manager. To avoid being on the street I decided to just continue with the process and move in. I wish I chose the street over what I had to deal with here. I moved in with an unfinished bathroom from the previous tenant. Aspen Regency’s property manager Mel said they only redo that for new tenants. The water pipes are all outside in that closet they lock up and don’t let you get into. As temps dropped, pipes kept freezing and exploding so i constantly had no freak in’ water for DAYS!!!! I would call and either wouldn’t hear back or have to wait days. No one in the Office knows what they’re talking about. I don’t think they even talk to each other. I just couldn’t wash dishes, take a shower, flush the toilet, etc. for days at a time.

Experiencia negativa: This is the worst management in my 40 years of renting apartments in different states and places, that manager need to be replaced right away if they need to hear good things about this company. Whoever post bad reviews, they are absolutely right about it. There is not a single thing good about this management, very rude when talking to tenants is very very true. We only moved out because of it, otherwise location is very good but as said by someone yes you can hear all your neighbors next door and upstairs !!! Good looking but Cheap construction. When we moved in about 4 years ago, there were different staff/manager and in front office there were few tenant friendly and courteous girls and now all men and trained very badly and very unprofessional. Maintenance is good, one skinny maintenance guy is very generous and courteous and always smiling but manager is all opposite of him.I suggest they should replace him as a manager. I hope someone from a parent company read this reviews and take some action. We found very nice apartment complex to live, it's not new as this one but no complaints so far.

Experiencia negativa: We lived here for 2+ years during the pandemic. We hated everything about living in this community. Packages delivered by UPS/Fedex were routinely delivered to the wrong building. You can hear all of your neighbors in all directions, especially above, below and people talking in the hallways AND they can hear what you are saying from inside your apt. Snow and ice removal was atrocious. My pregnant wife slipped on the ice! Luckily she was OK. Amenities were non-existant. We had to sign up for a “slot” to access the pool at a certain time, and the gym required facemasks. They raised our already overpriced rent ~$100 a month and charged the new tenant $400 more due to “market adjustments” after we moved our and broke our lease. Apartment appliances were all cheap, except for the stove which we never had an issue with. Garbage disposal broke several times, both the washer and dryer broke several times for extended periods of time - up to a month at one point!! Property manager told us to go to a landromat and wouldnt cover the costs. Laminate floors were very unlevel, and the list goes on and on!! The ONLY 2 things we liked about this place was that we faced the woods and saw an occasional deer, fisher cat, and birds, although we were told to get rid of our bird feeder too! We moved here because the commuter rail is 5-10 minutes away… but we wished we hadn’t…

Experiencia negativa: The apartment is nice looking, but the staff is not competent they talk to exhaust you and don't solve a thing. The mail room is a terrible idea, the smart locks are a terrible idea, mine has opened twice on its own. I told them and I am still waiting on a response. It's a shame because this could be something special but they don't even have community events, only when they want you to subscribe to Verizon or something we pay so much money, for what???

Experiencia negativa: Lived here for 3 years with my husband and 3 children. The complex is nice, neighbors were nice, maintenance was awesome. But the management, Garden Communities, was extremely rude and unprofessional!!! I would not recommend signing a lease with them! If this place ever changes management I will happily move back. Take note while reading these reviews that Garden Communities only responds to the good reviews, not the bad ones. Most places that are proud of their organization respond directly to the bad ones to try and fix it. There’s much more to my story that could be shared, but too long to type. Long story short, don’t waste your time with Garden Communities.

Experiencia negativa: Extremely rude, I'm amazed they stay in business. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. I had an awful experience here, between issues with maintenance and not being able to get responses from management I would not recommend living here to anyone. On top of that, the apartments are solidly 'okay' but at a premium price. Our apartment periodically made horrible rumbling noises like a compressor is going off every other day that made the entire place vibrate. I guess it's pretty and it has that going for it. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Experiencia negativa: $300 monthly rent increase in one year (not evenly distributed, out friends renewed several months prior to us and had a “slight” increase of $150) and what comes with this rent increase? We got a new latch lock system! That was improperly installed and have been locked out of the house several times now, luckily my wife has been home to let me in. Fortunately, maintenance crew is great, you will need them, often. Lastly, parking lot in building 8 is an absolute disaster. They didn’t build enough spots, so people park blocking in other cars, illegally in handicapped spots, blocking the dumpster, etc. no enforcement options other than a sticker from management, so the behavior does not stop. Nice scenery and decent amenities warrants the 2 stars. Otherwise, overpriced for the amount of cons.

Experiencia negativa: Extremely unprofessional people, rude and incivil. Please do yourself a favor, pay the extra $$ and search for a newer and professional apartment complex in the area nearby. There are a lot of newer apartments with nicer and professional managers in this area . We were very close to signing a lease, glad we didn't! Couldn't even imagine what could have unfolded in the future. Save your time and energy from dealing with the most unprofessional manager here.

Experiencia negativa: The complex is great, most the neighbors are nice and clean up after their dogs, but sone don't and they ruin things for the rest of us. The reason for 1 Star isn't the bad response to snow or ice, but mostly due to the neighbors above us. Three first family had a kid who never went outside, we enjoyed the few months the unit was empty. Now is like a herd of buffalo love above us. The lease says they must carpet their food and they don't, we can hear them slamming drawers and stomping around all his of the day, nothing beats being woken up at 1am to what can only be someone dropping a bowling ball on the floor? We filled so many complaints in the beginning and nothing happened, they claimed the tennents above us where not home, then when they went to investigate if they where in, they saw them coming out of the apartment. If your going to move in here because their the only place that accepts dogs, just move to the top floor.

Experiencia negativa: All was good until in I moved in Dec 1, 2021. I loved the apartment when I came into check it out but feel very different after living here for a month. The floors and walls are extremely weak and hollow. Like really weak. I can hear muffled conversations of my neighbors at night and during the day. If you are unfortunate to have a tenant like the one living upstairs of my apartment, your life is basically going to be hell. Not sure who this heavy footed person/ persons are, but they seem to stomp heavily when walking, and for a flimsy flooring as the one we have, I essentially have no peace. Sometimes, there is what seems like running around, moving heavy furniture, and loud banging at odd hours. We sent an email to the office about this issue, since both my wife and I are light sleepers, and there wasn't any useful assistance. One Mel, suggested to come and stay in our apartment in order to listen to the noises themselves. We asked if we could be moved to other rooms since we noticed that Aspen had some rooms similar to ours available. We were told "is it an unrealistic request". We have not had a good sleep in a month, and we just start our lease.We are just holding on until the lease ends. For the $2.5K+ we are paying, it is not worth the trouble to move here if you value your sleep and peace. The building is just like a Benz, flashy on the outside, and cheap on the inside.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been a resident at Aspen Regency since April 2021 and couldn't be happier! The grounds are always well manicured/landscaped; buildings are clean and the community is safe! The apartments are huge, you will not find many 1BR with this much space! I enjoyed the pool this summer. The amenities with each apartment is top of the line...! and most of all the office staff are super friendly and helpful, the maintenance crew are great and when you put in a work order; it's done quickly and efficiently! Very nice place to live!

Experiencia negativa: Prior to today, I would have given Aspen Regency four solid stars. My husband and I lived there for three years, moving in right after building 1 was finished. We moved out at the end of July. The leasing office employees and maintenance were responsive and usually on top of things. However, today we received a certified letter from Aspen Regency’s collection agency. Based on the statement, they claimed we owed rent for August. We were both shocked and upset because we just knew it had to be a mistake. We knew we weren’t going to finish out the lease we resigned earlier this year, so we paid for a Ryder (half month’s rent) in order to be able to terminate our lease with 60 day’s notice and no penalty or additional payments. We bought this Ryder in March. We submitted our written notice at the end of May. On the statement mailed to us, they put our notification date as June 8th, and the collection employee claimed on her end it showed we gave notice on 7/31 and moved out that day. I emphatically objected to which she told me to “prove it.” I told her I had an email that I sent Mel (property manager) back in May and asked her what email address I should forward it to. She then said don’t worry about it, I’m going to remove the charge. Super weird she was ready to just take my word for it considering she asked me to prove it. Hopefully this will be resolved as she (Angela) stated because we don’t play with our credit. We have a flawless history of paying rent on time, if not a couple of days early. It’s also worth noting neither of us received an email response or voicemail returning our calls to the leasing office today. Lastly, I did notice on our statement that our unit was rented out on September 1st. This is purely a thought on my end, but I found it odd that they accused us of not paying August rent when we moved out 7/31. Almost seems like they were trying to recoup that one month of rent where the unit was not occupied (which we weren’t obligated to pay due to signing and paying for a Ryder). Either way, we are disgusted with what Aspen Regency tried to accuse us of. Unprofessional to put it nicely. At the minimum, sloppy documentation and lack of attention to detail.

Experiencia negativa: I lived here in Building 3 2 bedroom+study for ~2 years First of all, maintenance staff, Brian and Bobby, are excellent and responsive as they generally take care of maintenance requests in 1-2 days. I first moved into the apartment immediately after they finished constructing Building 3. Their contractor did such a poor quality job during the buildout. Doors were not plumbed and carpet had a small bump that I asked staff to address it. They did take care one of the doors that wouldn't stay closed, but they left other issues unaddressed during my stay. Most importantly, the apartments have some serious soundproof issues. I terminated my lease 3 months prior to the end of my lease by giving them a 2 months notice. I know I'm obligated to pay the rent until it gets re-rented. 10 days before I moved out, I dropped by the office to ask questions, and one staff was telling a lady that only 2 bedrooms are available in the new building 8 as 2 bedroom+study and den are very popular and hence reserved. Mine is also a 2 bedroom+study that is in high demand. On the day I moved out is I asked the staff if my unit has been rented since it is a popular unit. They go in to check and come back to say they don't know, and I can sense that they are being ambiguous intentionally. Also, my early move out date happened to coincide with their brand new building 8 construction being completed as well. A few days before my official lease ends (3 months after my early move out), this unit finally gets rented and Aspen Regency charges me ~$5500. My speculation at this point is that the staff pushed for their 2 bedroom only units in Building 8 to new, prospective tenants intentionally even when my 2 bedroom+study was available for 3 months (11/01/20-01/31/21) because they can charge me for those 3 months and it makes sense to fill Building 8 money-wise. No proof. This is my speculation based on my experiences with the staff and the fact that 2 bedrooms+study/den are in high demand and were already reserved even before Building 8 construction was completed. Only the staff would know the truth. Hence, I'm going to just pay $5500 and move on. But I just want prospective residents to take this story into account when considering Aspen Regency as your residence.

Experiencia fantástica: If I could give 10 stars I would, thanks to Mikel who took his time to make sure that I had the home I wanted as well as needed. He was very friendly, always smiling & always made us feel welcomed. By him being empathetic to our needs, I felt that it helped build a strong business relationship that I could trust. We came back to see the apartment and take measurements multiple times and the office staff was always extremely accommodating and always quick to attend to any problems that arise. I love the convenience of the elevators and underground parking garage. I’m alone a lot of the times since my husband travels extensively for work and could not feel safer anywhere else....a beautiful community with biking and hiking trails. The apartments are all so gorgeous I knew this was going to be a great place to call "home". I love it here and will always recommend it to others.

Experiencia negativa: Not a bad set of apartments, I got mine as soon as they were "done" building my building. They look nice with carpet in bedrooms and laminate in the main living area, though they force you to put carpets down to cover it. As you would imagine, that isn't great for a new puppy still learning to go to the bathroom where you want it to. The people who work here are great and some even remember who you are, the tenants on the other hand are seemingly intolerant to any forms of noise and when things are quiet start banging on things to make your dog bark and scratch at the floor. Highly recommend for tolerant people, that way we can all get along. 11/10/2020: TERRIBLE delivery handling, we’ve lost several packages over the past 2-3 years we’ve lived here and even though we’ve talked to delivery services (eg Fedex, ups, Amazon, etc) and confirmed the packages have arrived. The main office refuses to check the other buildings for missing packages even though many packages are delivered inside of a locked area. The solution they offered was for us and others in our same situation to go search through the 8 buildings even though a pandemic is going on. Instead of helping to contain the spread of germs this very action promotes the spread of germs especially for those of us with a weakened immune system. Even after searching the areas we could in each building and not being able to locate our missing packages, the main office still refuses to help.

Experiencia positiva: I stumbled upon this place while trying to trace the route of the old Middlesex Turnpike through the woods on my cross bike. It seems the development cut the trail right off? Seems like literally hundreds of apartments in the middle of woods located off an access road in a light industrial area. Hundreds of apartments, but no public transportation, and no retail within walking distance. Doesn’t seem like a great place to live to me. But oh yeah this is America where it’s assumed everyone will just drive everywhere. If you’re okay with that, I guess the drive up Route 3 is worth the savings here versus what apartments go for closer to Boston.

Experiencia fantástica: We love the Garden Communities here in Billerica, MA! Great staff, well kept facilities and outdoor community, and most importantly beautiful brand new apartments. The amenities included checked every box of ours when searching for a place to live. I can't recommend a better complex in this area. Excited to continue our lease for the years to come.

Experiencia negativa: The toilet slow drain was only solved for 1 day and has been clogged since then again. Given the Covid virus being there we would have liked to minimize asking for people to come inside the unit for maintenance work and that is why we did not ask for a revisit. In addition, we asked the maintenance personnel to take off their shoes before entering the unit (again due to the virus) but it was refused. We suggest your personnel have a clean boot, or plastic cover when entering the apartments.

Experiencia negativa: The flooring is weak, tenants upstairs can be heard loud while walking in their apartment. It’s been more than a month but leasing office staff hasn’t responded to our email. Neighbors upstairs have no carpeting despite 70% carpet rule. No response on the online feedback and maintenance request submitted. Despite paying such high rent, we are helpless.

Experiencia positiva: I love my apartment. The kitchen is great for an apartment complex. Large cabinets and a gas stove. The grounds are clean and hallways smell nice. The only thing I don’t like is the security system. I have to be in the apartment to have our guest enter the building.. you can’t buzz them in by phone. if you have a dog walker or cleaning service it gets a bit inconvenient.

Experiencia fantástica: The apartments are nice. They have one of the best kitchens in the area. The staff is very friendly and professional, especially both Emily and Morgan. This is a dog friendly neighborhood. The area is very clean and well maintained. There is some construction but it looks like they are continuing to add new features. Glad we chose this place.

Experiencia fantástica: We recently moved to #AspenRegency in North Billerica Ma. It is a Beautiful development nestled in a wooded landscape. Very Peaceful place to come #Home to, yet only minutes from all the Retail & Grocery Stores, Banks and Restaurants that you would ever need. The Sales office has several professional & very pleasant individuals to answer all Questions and help throughout the sales process making the entire process smooth. The units are brand new, spacious and have everything you would want in the place you reside in. The Maintenance director Brian works non stop to make sure you are Happy and Satisfied with your Unit. The Facility offers many amenities for your relaxation and enjoyment and the grounds are spectacular for just taking a walk. The location is great because you are minutes from Rte 128 in Burlington, practically next to rte 3 & 495 and Minutes from Nashua NH. This Truly is a top notch run Facility. We would highly recommend Aspen Regency to Families of all ages who are looking for a quiet place to call home with Nature all around. You have to check it out because like us you will be pleasantly surprised with what is offered here north of Boston! #PlacestoLive #RentalUnitsNorthofBoston An Update: We had an A/C Compressor go in our Unit and on a Saturday. So we Contacted Aspen Regency's outstanding Service Dept. Kudos to Bobby who came right over and provided us with immediate relief from the heat. Bobby and the Team could NOT do enough to make things even better than, if we had our AC working. Kudos to the entire team. In fact the Compressor was replaced in short order! We Love Living here and The Outstanding Service is just another reason why!

Experiencia fantástica: Aspen Regency Apartments offers a wonderful environment, nestled amongst the woods, yet not too far from US Rte-3; spacious apartments, with modern appliances and great finishings throughout the apartment. The leasing staff and maintenance staff are very helpful and attend to requests very promptly. We were one of the first to move in, back in Apr 2018.

Experiencia fantástica: Aspen Regency management (Mel and Emily) are very responsive to resident needs which made our move into the building seamless. Thank you guys! On top of that Brian is an absolute life-saver - He came to the apartment promptly to fix issues and has been in constant communication since then to make sure everything is working fine. Thanks Brian!
