I had to move very quickly to get his house ready and on the market. I was considering another realtor but when driving past the Pilmer office I decided I would stop by there the next day. So glad I did! Linda Pilmer is a true professional. Linda did a very thorough market analysis on the house and suggested a listing price. I have to admit that at first, I pushed back a bit (owners usually think their houses are worth more, even when they themselves are realtors, lol) but after thinking it through decided to trust her judgment. The house sold extremely quickly and I came out where I wanted to be. If I had insisted on my price at first, it would probably still be sitting there. I do know that Linda is a native Auroran and anyone from there is most likely familiar with the name. She certainly knows her market. Based on my experience, Linda follows high standards and ethics and is a credit to real estate as a profession. And she helped me out with some related issues because I was doing everything remotely. Good realtors do that! And I want to give credit to her assistant, Marla. Always personable, quick and efficient.

Experiencia negativa: These people at Pilmer Real Estate are horrible to deal with. Maybe I shouldn't throw them all under the bus, but Linda Pilmer is VERY UNETHICAL AND UNPROFESSIONAL. We put an offer on a home that was one of her listings and she never communicated with us. Long story short, we were strung along waiting for a response to our offer and finally after 10 days were told they had accepted another offer. We had no idea that there was another offer! Keep your lawn mowed because these people are snakes hiding in tall grasss
