Experiencia negativa: Me and my boyfriend set up a tour to see a lovely looking place this past Friday. Upon our arrival, we received no text back from the number that had been in communication with me and I ended up having to call the office because no one told me what was going on. Once I called, they told me that they had already rented out the place!! Horrible customer service because they didn’t even bother to tell me not to show up and made me waste my time and gas. That was the bare minimum that they could’ve done. If this is how they treat potential renters then how do they treat people once you sign a contract?!!!

They are extremely rude and try to rip you off my old landlord sold my apartments to them my lease is not up yet otherwise I would of moved out they tried ripping off everyone from the start they tired telling me I needed to pay for March still which I already did with the old landlord and many other people did too they argued with me on the phone so I had to contact my old landlord so he could tell them I already paid i doubt at this point Im going my deposit back either UPDATE I moved out ended up getting cockroaches in my apartment they kept my security deposit do not move to the toluca apartments they have they also had bed bugs in another building

Experiencia negativa: Been trying to get off my lease with my roommate for over a month now, called multiple times only to hear lies about getting called back.no help with only taking me off the lease cause he wants to stay.again NO HELP FROM THEM!!!

Experiencia negativa: I don't usually write reviews but they are special. I'm about 90% sure any positive reviews you see were paid for. The unit itself wasn't too bad. I did like the fact you could pay rent online. Management however is a JOKE. When we needed things fixed, a call or email was never enough. My roommate had to physically go to management multiple times to get them to take action. At one point someone was baby-feeding while answering his questions while he was there. Also, they will absolutely swindle you out of your security deposit. They made up fees for things we didn't even have at our apartment. They never produced the pictures they said they had and gave us the run around when questioned. At one point they even laughed in our face when we questioned them. They kept saying talk to the bookkeeper who was NEVER there. If you can find better people to rent from (I'm sure you can), I suggest you do.

Experiencia negativa: Honest Review I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYBODY to try renting a place through kirch property. They are the most unprofessional people I have came across so far. I rented an apartment through them for 1 year and when I first got the apartment they told me that during summer they will replace our windows because they were bad. Well summer time comes around and I called them multiple times left voicemails asking if they will come and take care of the windows I never got a response for that whole year I was there. The people working at the office were extremely rude, giving us attitude for no reason every time we went there. One of the men that works there was extremely creepy and kept looking at my wife up and down and had a bad attitude. There was only one guy that I like and it was the guy who checked the properties every now and then he is the only one that was understanding and had no attitude and was professional. Other then that everyone else there WILL try to rip you off and take your money and not do anything they say they will do. Kirch properties needs new managment or new professional employees or needs to be shut down. For your own good do not rent through them if you dont want to get screwed over.

Experiencia negativa: The way they do property viewings is you go to the office, they give you a key and keep your ID or something similar, then you view it on your own and return. Their hours are pretty inconvenient already for anyone with a 9 - 5 type job, but it sounded convenient so we chanced it. When we called we were told "any time between 9 and 4" so we showed up at 1:00 and no one was in the office. We came back at 2:00 and someone was there, we got the keys and looked at the apartments. When we returned at 3:00, again no one was there. The receptionist had left early didn't bother to call us despite having my phone number. They could have arranged a way to get my ID back to me, but instead just closed the office and left. I called the emergency number and was understandably frustrated, but Ed was completely unapologetic and seemed more annoyed that HE was being put out than me and offered no solutions. He just kept repeating that she was gone and he was busy and no one could make it there, and then asked me what I wanted him to do about it (as if it was my problem). This went back and forth for a while as if he could just repeat the problem and I'd magically be able to fix it for him that time. Eventually I was so frustrated at his refusal to offer ANY solutions I was literally screaming at him, which STILL didn't change anything. I finally began cursing at him which upset him BUT he finally asked me to put the keys in the mail slot and have someone drop my license off that evening. His wife dropped it off and she was quite polite. We opted to not consider either of the apartments we looked at because if someone treats POTENTIAL customers like that, I wonder how he treats someone once they've signed a contract? I'm sure he's fine when everything is working well, but I don't want a landlord who can handle everything being fine, I want one who can handle problems which this company clearly cannot. Even if he couldn't think of a solution immediately, had he apologized at all and sounded the least bit sincere I would have been less frustrated. If you decide to view these apartments, I recommend you call before you leave to ensure they'll be there, and then ask them to confirm that they'll be there when you return. I was in town fortunately, if you were coming from a long distance this would be even more of a hassle.
