He lets you make your own decisions without trying to influence you, so you feel empowered moving forward in the homebuying process. Larry (we call him Larry) is now a family friend. He helped my eldest son and daughter-in-law purchase in Simi Valley, on two occasions, as well as our home. He is aware of market trends and home values. Our home purchase is a specialty market, mobile homes. There are few available and the competition is steep. Larry gave me tips to streamline the process by securing park approval immediately when we found the mobile home park that we preferred. He found the home we purchased within days of it’s listing.
