Within minutes of reaching out on Zillow to see house, Kelly contacted me and we set a time to go look at the house. Susan is one of those people that make you feel better simply by being in her presence. She is super friendly, warm, and gives you the fuzzies. As first time home buyers, she explained the entire process of buying a house (which is very daunting but she breaks it down) and was always available for any questions. I am not sure how many clients she has but every time we were interested in a house, she would quickly book a viewing and happily showed it to us even though she was in Simi Valley and we were house hunting in Oxnard. She is great at communication and helped us get connected to the people we needed to talk to. Susan always listened to what we wanted and never pushed a property on us that we did not like. She never made us feel guilty for seeing another house, and another house, and another house...Ultimately, Susan helped us get our 1st house in a "hot market" where houses are selling like tamales. We are still in disbelief that we are finally homeowners but that is largely in part to Susan. We would hire her again in a heartbeat. We are definitely team Susan and hope to work with her again in the future (the far future since houses are expensive and we are now broke). We love you Susan and are very thankful for you! :D

We weren’t in a rush to buy, so Alba periodically sent us listing based on our wants and told us to let her know when we were ready. There was no feeling of pressure and she had the absolute best attitude. Right around the time my fiancé and I decided it was time to buy, Alba texted saying she found the perfect house for us. She wasn’t kidding. She remembered everything we wanted and found the PERFECT house. We all heard how complicated it is to purchase a house during this pandemic especially if you need a VA loan!!! But thank God I crossed Alba's path while looking to visit a few houses on Zillow. In less than 10 minutes after emailing a few realtors on Zillow, Alba called me, introduced herself and directly made me feel like I was talking to someone I knew! We made some visits the same week, she is very experienced, responsive, communicative, always respond to her phone and text messages RIGHT AWAY!!! And she was okay with us needing a VA loan RIGHT AWAY! She said that she actually had some clients who needed VA loan before and that she will treat us the same as any other clients this was absolutely no problem or challenge for her!! And in fact!! Just after visiting about 6-8 houses we found the perfect house for our budget and, we got approved!!!!
