Experiencia fantástica: Sometimes you wonder how your life would develop if not for a special person you meet by chance... We were renting vacation houses at the Cape for several summers, and were ready to buy a summer house there, but everything we saw there (within our buying capacity) was a crap. We expanded our search to South Shore and RI, and saw on Zillow a house on Taunton River, still under construction, but a lot of promise! By accident, another house, within a mile on the river, was for sale as well, but the owners were ready to make their choice from several offers. This was where Chris came to the focus. When we expressed our interest in the first house, he replied within 15 minutes after our Zillow inquiry, and offered us to show the house the very next morning. In addition, Chris was ready to contact the agent for the second house and show it to us in spite it to be nearly sold. The next day was the best day of our lives! We visited the not finished house and the another house down the road. It was a love from the first sight with the second house, and we were ready to get it, but it was not easy with other buyers already betting on it with their offers!!! Chris helped us immensely as he knew how to word the offer in the way that there was no way you would not get the house. He got in touch with the seller agent and negotiated with the owners in real time. Making the long story short, Chris was instrumental in helping us to buy the second house. We have decided to move there rather than use it as a summer house. Now we are enjoying our first summer on the water, with everything the Taunton River has to offer, with its vibrant boating community. I am able to go kayaking by going down our backlawn to the river, and my husband enjoys the immediate access to his jet ski and boat for fishing. Again, I do not think we would be here if not for Chris' professionalism and sense of urgency.
