Unbeknownst to us the condition of the home was horrendous and needed months of cleaning out to be able to be put on the market. We were kept abreast of who and when she had appointments with, including the day she had scheduled 14 buyers for a visit. After that Michelle contacted us and we went over 5 proposals that she deemed worthy of discussing, out of which the buyer was chosen.
