Experiencia fantástica: My realtor Rebecca was fabulous , we went from 157K to sold for 233,k this is how we did it she suggested I clean out everything that brought it up to 200k she saw more potential then I did she suggested painting and some staining on the floor and windows and that would really made a big difference with a little hard work it paid off sold for 233k with new happy home owners also after a couple showings and no offers I was a little nervous and I suggested we lower the price she said to hold out and the next day we excecpted the offer . She also was very attentive to my late night texts asking what she thinks about if I did this or that and was quickly to respond to my calls and or text I would use her and the skills she poseses again and highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling ,not only was she my agent but now I have made a good friend Thank you for selling my house.

She has been ridiculously patient as we’ve been the pickiest of home buyers and covid has made things even worse. When we sold our last house she gently but firmly coaxed us into small improvements prior to the sale that I’m convinced got us a lot of extra money for our home.
