His skill in dealing with is clients, especially seniors who find themselves forced by diminishing health or injury to move from their beloved homes to an assisted living, is unparalleled. In late 2023, my parents found themselves in that unfortunate situation after some significant falls at home. It had taken my several years to even be open to the idea, but their situation left no more time for deliberation. They were both crippled with fear and anxiety about how to go about selling their home. At my recommendation, Clint stepped in and single-handedly allayed their fears in a way that was far beyond my ability. He thereby took a huge burden off of my shoulders and made it easy to trust that he would do what was in their best interest. Clint's affable demeanor, his skilled active listening, and, more than anything, his patience with my father where nothing short of remarkable. My dad's diminished processing capacity and lifelong habit of complicating things can be infuriating. Regardless, Clint cheerfully took 3 hours to go through a standard disclosure agreement with my dad that would normally take 15 minutes. I honestly don't know how he's able to summon that much compassion and long-suffering. Somehow, Clint was able to kindly, offer constructive, feasible, and direct recommendations in a way they could readily accept. This strategy resulted in a quick sale above their expectated selling price, in a less than optimal market, and at a time of year that was less than ideal. My parents still speak fondly of Clint and they remain thoroughly impressed with his ability to explain everything in plain language, and to follow-up in meaningful ways even after the sale. Clint gladly took on the burden of helping my folks to be able to relocate to safer home. I can't recommend Clint highly enough especially if you are part of the sandwich generation raising kids and trying to take care of your elderly parents. He is uniquely gifted at that. He's a wonderful, conscientious person and he deserves wider recognition for this unique skills set. I hope this helps to convince at least one person.
