She made me feel heard with all my concerns and patiently answered all my questions throughout the entire process. It was a difficult transaction mostly on the buyers side of things and she did everything she could to make it as smooth as she could for me. She managed struggles we had on the buyers side of the transaction like she does everything else, with tremendous patience, grace and very professional. She went beyond what I thought and expected from an agent. This was my first time selling a home or any property for that matter. It was an extremely emotional sale as you see I identify the property as my home not a house and she understood that from the start. Some days I wondered how she could put up with me.
