We listed a condo on Flathead Lake for an unprecedented high price. Raleigh felt that the condo warranted the price since it was an end unit and included a boat slip. The condo sold in two months for a higher price than any comparable units had sold in the recent past. The other property was a high end home on Meadow Lake Golf Course which had been listed by two different agents over a period of eight months.
