She handled all the details in a very professional manner and did an excellent job for us. It only took her five days (Monday-Friday) to prepare for listing our condo. The listing looked wonderful. We had a showing that first weekend and were under contract for a hair under the asking price 8 days after we called her and told her we wanted to sell our condo!
