Experiencia fantástica: We were going to sell our townhouse FSBO and scheduled a couple of appointments, including a preliminary exploratory meeting with Tony. He showed up with a complete, bound, market analysis of 50+ pages which included documentation on his experience/credibility. Tony's knowledge of the market, perception of where it was headed and presentation as to how he would manage the sale nearly won us over on the initial meeting. We agreed to notify him of our go/no-go decision after meeting with another broker and his client. The meeting with the second prospect looked somewhat promising and when Tony advised us to take any offer over $386k net, his integrity was confirmed. The numbers did not work for the second client (an investor) and we immediately signed with Tony. A week after our initial meeting, pictures were taken and our unit was posted on the MLS with showings to begin the following day, a Saturday. Over the next two days there were multiple showings and on Monday we were presented with two offers. Tony was instrumental in advising us on the buyer concessions and the offer was accepted, respectfully above asking price, within 48 hours. Having worked with several realtors, over several decades, this was by far the most seamless listing and sale I have ever experienced. I can't imagine what another 2%+ would have gotten us with a full-price brokerage. I would highly recommend Tony's full-service at a Costco price!

After the recent sale of my home in Highlands Ranch, Tony English far exceeded my expectations from my previous real estate transactions. Tony is extremely professional and responsive but he also stays calm when things are stressful. He also goes out of his way to assist. I had already moved my household goods and needed a lawnmower. Tony brought his own lawnmower to my house so the grass could be cut. Another time, Tony had to go meet a county inspector at my house and even brought his own ladder so the inspector to get on the roof. If I ever sell another house, Tony is my guy!

Experiencia negativa: Horrendous. He write contracts that they never intend to honor. We had a bidding war on our home and he won. No surprise in hind sight. They won the bid because they never intended to honor it. Once we are 2 weeks is he uses the "inspection scam" as an opportunity to re negotiate the price. Something that is meant to protect honest sellers he uses as a club for the dishonest ones to beat down an honest seller. WARNING Don't trust that his offers are real. If two bids are close sign the other one cause his contracts are worthless.
