Experiencia fantástica: A first time home buyer’s dream! Landin and Spencer were both incredible to work with. For the Colorado housing market, I had a pretty tight budget, but they were able to find me a great house that met all my needs and then some. True experts in the Colorado real estate market. I had a some hurdles to clear before closing, but from beginning to end, it was clear they had my best interests at heart. Their knowledge and experience was an invaluable asset throughout the process. The last week before closing, I was getting railroaded by my lender and we had to push back closing 3 TIMES!! Needless to say, the sellers were not very happy, but Landin and Spencer went to work. They made countless phone calls, checked in with me multiple times a day to make sure I knew exactly where everything stood, and they kept our deal from falling apart. I would’ve been lost without them. Whenever the time comes for me to move, I know exactly who I want on my team!

His knowledge and skill allowed for a simple transaction in both the sale of our home and the purchase of our new home. Experiencia negativa: Landin Smith and his Agent Kimberly Larsen completely mis-read the market in advising us on selling our house. We finally sold it 8 months later (with another Agent) at $115,000 less than Landin and Kim recommended. They advised us to complete $30,000 worth of upgrades (which we did). Those upgrades produced no increased sales value. Just stop Landin in his tracks if he pulls out a blank sheet of paper and starts writing out the cost of each upgrade and how much it will return. It was all BS. We had a deal where their commission went down as the selling price went down. Once it was obvious that they were not going to earn commission, they quit trying. Landin and Kim had no creative answers to selling our house in the current market except to drop the price. Please turn and run to another Agent.

Experiencia fantástica: We met landin in early july as we planned to list our home for sale . His knowledge of the current market was far beyond what we expected. He came well prepared with the detailed information about the comparable houses and educated us about the current market situation. After some discussion, we are able to formulate a price that was comfortable. He and his team were very helpful in helping us prepare the house to be listed. We truly appreciated their practical and simple suggestions rather than suggesting some huge changes that would be costly or that would require a lot of work.
