Experiencia negativa: One of the worst management companies I’ve ever used. They told me that they would inspect my rental every six months they didn’t inspect it a single time. My whole house was destroyed by the renter, the wood work destroyed; doors window sills, trim and they never provided any feedback. I had beautiful wood floors… they were completely destroyed with water and stain damage. Keyrenter still hasn’t helped us recover from the damage will not return my calls or answer my questions. Who is paying for all the damage when they pocketed the renters deposit and want to charge me to fix the house. Stay away from KeyRenter

Experiencia negativa: If I could give zero stars honestly I would. As an owner of the property using Keyrenters to manage it - I would strongly advise against. There is such a lack of communication and overall unprofessionalism. They had an item repaired that was under warranty costing me over $300 for no reason (this should have been documented during the beginning process of the rental) as well as decided to give my information to a tenant to deal with saying they no longer manage the property even though they were still under contract. There were so many other things that happened such as being paid for the incorrect amounts and then telling me they have keys to my property when in fact they didn’t. They have been nothing short of a nightmare to deal with.

Experiencia fantástica: As tenants, we couldn't ask for a better management company as they are not some fly-by-night outfit. They are very professional, honest and down to earth. Dan and the owner of the house we are renting bent over backwards for us when we needed to get in earlier than planned. When there is a maintenance issue, Dan is always prompt in getting us in contact with repair technicians and always follows-up to make sure the issue was resolved. I would highly recommend this rental company to anyone. Following up a few years later, we would still highly recommend this company to any prospective tenant or someone looking to rent out their house. But he will try his very best and I truly feel blessed to have their support! I had different rental needs specifically with a voucher. What a fantastic property management company. I moved in this month May 2022. Everyone was so supportive and everything is great so far. I highly recommend Keyrenter Highlands Ranch.

Experiencia negativa: If I could provide NEGATIVE STARS I would. This experience has been the worst our family has ever experienced. Having moved to and from foreign countries and to and from over 15 U.S. states, this has been a nightmare to deal with and we cannot get any resolution. Dan's communication has been extremely poor from the start with problems sending digital signature requests, a congruent lease, and simple and general follow up. Dan never visited the property prior to our arrival and move in date, hence the property was dirty, with dried food throughout the kitchen, broken blinds in every room, holes on the walls, paint chipped from many of the rooms, and a 22+ year old A/C system that had not been serviced in years that is now not working. We have had to address water leaks under the kitchen sink, on the kitchen sink faucet, and the sprinkler system inducing over a $300 water bill. We could not get Dan to provide us with the mailbox details, garbage pick up that is included in the rent, but he sent us on a chase to set up garbage with a third party when it was not necessary. Dan has not been of any help and does not follow up with any written or verbal communication. Beware if you are considering using this company as a renter or as a homeowner seeking a property management company. This is not just a Dan problem as the owners do not care and obviously are greedy to make the money without providing an acceptable property for rent.
