When it came to selling our house Aaron expertly navigated the market and we sold our house within 7 days for over asking while there were 4-5 other properties in the same area for sale. Those properties are still for sale and took multiple price reductions! #2 Customer Service 5/5 Aaron has always made my wife and I feel like valued friends instead of just clients. At every step of the process Aaron always made sure that our best interests were kept in mind even if it meant something more difficult on his end. He spent countless hours walking us through different concepts and strategies to ensure that we were comfortable with all the decisions we were making. My wife and I were combing the listings for a new home when we came upon a house we loved at 5PM on a Sunday. Due to the price of the listing we were sure that if we left it on the market for another day or two the house would be taken. We called Aaron up, explained him the situation, and he re-arranged his schedule for to show us that house. We put an offer in that night! Because of his flexibility for us we got the house.
