They helped us from the beginning to the end, after only one phone call we had an introduction meeting with Alex himself the next day. (On a Sunday.) all was questions we had (and more ) where answer in this meeting. Oh BTW, they will be the only realtor group I’ll use from now on.

Experiencia negativa: I had the distinct misfortune and pleasure of buying a home from one of Alex Saenger's clients. As a seller's agent, Alex Saenger was a complete failure. He did not inform his clients of the date and time of the home inspection. When my agent, inspector, and I arrived for the home inspection, the homeowner was painting the interior of the home in his underwear. This was sight that I wish that I could soon forget. His clients constantly complained that Alex Saenger would never return their calls. My agent also could never reach Alex Saenger. Almost all communications were conducted by the 20th century technology of fax. On the positive side, Alex Saenger does not know how to engage in negotiations. I made a low ball offer for the home; and I did not respond to Alex Saenger's counter-offer. A few weeks later, I reiterated my initial low ball offer, which Alex Saenger's clients immediately accepted. I had been willing to increase my offer by 5%. The result was that I was able to purchase the home for $70,000 below its original listing amount; and the home was appraised at $25,000 more than the purchase price. It's now a year later, my home has appreciated more than $115,000.
