She was the driving force behind the effort to sell our six-bedroom house. Having such a large house limited the number of interested parties. However, Ms. Lord, in a most professional, efficient and timely manner persisted, drew on her experience as a professional Real Estate Agent and found a buyer. She explained the entire process and everything went just as she said. The house went on the market on a Thursday and she presented the offers the following Tuesday evening. Wendy went through the offers one at a time and explained the benefits and drawbacks of each. She made recommendations but was very clear that the final decision was ours to make. She handled everything and kept us in the loop all along the way. If we had another house to sell we would definitely call her again.
