We interviewed 5 different relators and Theresa made us the most comfortable of all of them. One relator told us he sold many more houses than Theresa, but he would have listed our house for $15,000 less than what Theresa recommended (I guess you can sell more houses if the price is cheaper). We got more than we hoped for by using Theresa and sold our house in just 10 days. She is very knowledgeable and super patient. She worked with me for over four years, super fickle I am, but she was always attentive and going out of her way to flex her schedule to meet mine. Additionally, she was always willing to have the hard conversations, you know the things you don't want to hear, but would be wise to take into account. When the time FINALLY came to purchase she was with me every step of the way ensuring everything was on schedule and sending updates via calls, texts and photos as inspections and repairs were happening. Theresa worked hard to make sure the warranty was far from basic and took into account the most important and expensive home repairs. After the purchase, she followed up a few months later to see how things were going. I never felt like just a client with her, I felt valued even though it was a long ordeal with my constant change in requirements. I would work with her again in a heartbeat.
