His knowledge of the marketplace, access to potential clientele and marketing methods are far superior than other agents. My home sat idle for six month with the original listing agent. When Chris took over the job, he did everything he needed to prepare the sale (high quality videos, photos, on-line and social media marketing) and he sold the house after the first open house. I will work with Chris again to buy or sell my next home in the Bel Air/Beverly Hills area. Above and beyond his expertise he is genuinely a great person who is very kind and helpful. 1 year ago Experiencia fantástica: Christophe Choo is an old high school friend, and I was pleased when he said he could be my representative when it came to selling my parents' Sherman Oaks home. Managing a sale from out of state, I was concerned about the details of listing, staging, and paperwork, and how it could all be taken care of from across the country. Christophe to the rescue! The home was listed quickly, the preparation simple, and almost all the paperwork was handled remotely! When I came to LA for two weeks, all I had to do was sign a few last documents and box up the items I wanted to keep. Christophe even negotiated a clause so I could leave the leftover items in the house. He is a pleasure to work with, easy to communicate with, and works hard to get his clients a good deal. We were referred by a real estate agent friend to a new realtor Christophe Choo at Coldwell Banker Global Luxury Real Estate in Beverly Hill. We were so thrilled with his services and professionalism, he hired professional photographers and videographers to showcase our beautiful home. 4 years ago Experiencia fantástica: Buying any property is a stressful venture. Being a first-time investment property buyer, in which I will also live, buying long distance and during a crazy housing market can be off the charts stressful. But not with Christophe. I needed an experienced, professional consultant. Many realtors can do the search and admin part of the process, but very few can gain your trust and advise you through such an investment. Christophe was truly a blessing and I wouldn’t be in this gorgeous income property without him. I will never use another realtor.

4 years ago Experiencia fantástica: Over the past decade, I’ve been involved in four real estate transactions and Christophe Choo represented me in all of them. The first dates back nine years, when I decided I wanted a low-rise condominium in Century City. I really didn’t know a realtor, but I knew of Christophe because of a couple of his videos. I associated him with multi-million dollar Beverly Hills and Bel Air estates and was hesitant to call him. But with some trepidation I did, and within a few days he had shown me several condos that met my needs – one more than the others. I realized among the things that set Christophe apart were his knowledge of the Westside market and his connections. Also his marketing skills. He quickly sold my small Cheviot Hills fixer-upper home, much to the chagrin of two realtor-neighbors who felt they deserved the listing. Last year, we decided to improve our lifestyle with a somewhat larger condo. Our requirements were rather inflexible, among which was another condo in the same community where we had been living. I became aware of one that I thought might be a possibility, called Christophe, saw it and bought it. Next, Christophe listed the condo he had found us me nine years ago. Five days later, it was sold for somewhat over the asking price. Four very quick and painless transactions. Christophe didn’t have to work too hard, but I know that he would have had it been required. If I should ever decide to play this game again – and someone is unable to stop me – you know who I’ll call.

5 years ago Experiencia fantástica: I am the trustee of a condo on the Wilshire Corridor and I listed our property with Christophe Choo. The condo market on the corridor has been tough during this pandemic where very few units were selling. I only met Christophe in person one time when I listed the unit and he handled all the details of the listing sale and closing virtually for me. He even found his own buyer that paid all cash and had a quick closing of escrow. I highly recommend Christophe Choo and his team if you are looking to buy or sell your property.

We chose Christophe after interviewing 5 other agents, Christophe being the one that fit So well with 4 brothers and spouses. On top of that, none of us live in LA, some out of state. We ( the family ) interviewed 5 very different agents, but hands down, we all chose Christophe. 7 years ago Experiencia fantástica: We interviewed several agents and decided on Christophe Choo because of his years of experience and knowledge of the real estate market. He presented a plan for the sale of the house. As a CPA with my own practice he gave advice as I do, what would you do if you were the client. The house sold for above asking price when houses in the neighborhood were selling for approximately 4% less than asking price. The sale went very smoothly and excellent customer service during the entire process. We had no additional negotiations after the inspections. It was an easy 30 day escrow. I would highly recommend him because when the deal closes you will be glad you had him as part of your team.

9 years ago Experiencia fantástica: I am an online marketing consultant that specializes in Real Estate Online Marketing. I met Christophe either in 2008 or 09. I have never in my 10 year career left an online review for a real estate professional. Not once. I have never been paid by Christophe for anything. I HAVE without him knowing it recommended him to business associates in any number of capacities. Through these "once removed" interactions and my online interactions Christophe has handled himself with the comportment of a true gentleman and consummate professional. I saw a negative review here on Google and when i looked it was the "only" review this user had left. This is a despicable tactic that is used by some to smear the reputations of competitors.
