Experiencia negativa: Ricky Alvarado contracted me a home with undisclosed leaking roof with mold, move in ready included: doors that did not close align or lock until forced to make it happen with fear of lost contract, the night before move in. Then he left dried blood on the floors and a layer of two years at least of filth for me to clean and no hot water in one bathroom after my move in. His remedy $150 to clean the floor with receipt? That cheap! On a 1M property? On move in the keys were left on kitchen counter without explanation and Ricky and the property owner requested an addendum to pay upfront 30 days prior to move in. He’s a scammer and he will lie to your face. Heartless crook. Bad people work at nest seekers! Be ware !! These vampires just want to sell you a biohazard at top dollar!

Experiencia negativa: I am shocked that Rodeo Realty continues to employ Odelia Asher, who has been caught on video abusing her dog during a walk. The footage shows her repeatedly yanking on the leash with enough force to potentially collapse the dog’s trachea, even going so far as to lift the dog entirely off the ground by the collar around its neck. When I reached out directly to Odelia to express concern, she blocked me on every platform instead of taking responsibility. I then contacted her broker, John Gould, who made it clear he has no intention of holding her accountable. Instead, he seems more interested in protecting her than addressing blatant animal abuse. This isn’t just about one agent’s behavior, it’s about Rodeo Realty’s values. A company that is willing to turn a blind eye to documented cruelty raises serious questions about what else they are willing to ignore when it comes to ethics, honesty, or client care. If this is how they treat defenseless animals and respond to concerned members of the community, imagine how they might treat their clients when problems arise. For a company that prides itself on reputation, it’s disgraceful. I would never trust Rodeo Realty.
