Experiencia fantástica: I couldn’t be more grateful with the experience provided. Outstanding service. I wasn’t sure what to expect during the process of buying a property for the first time. Monse and Cindy, went above and beyond their scope of duties and made it a pleasant experience. They were very helpful (knowledgeable), patient, and supportive despite after pulling out of escrow at one point, looking at over a dozen properties. We began looking for a property at the beginning of 2022, it took over 6 months to find the right property that I liked. They were able to negotiate the price down even after we signed a contract, aided in having a non-paying tenant removed prior to close of escrow, guided me through the inspections while providing a sense of security. They always double checked all the documents and pointed out potential red flags, to protect me, as the buyer. They made accommodations to my crazy work schedule, which I really appreciate, always had a positive attitude (I apologize for all the times I was late.) I usually don’t trust people but I can genuinely say that I trust them. For the next property I purchase, I know who I’m calling. Thank you, both!
