Experiencia negativa: I will want to say , private/ contract brokers are the worst, only there to hear what you want to here, we had an ADU built by Agam properties on our loch Avon/ duchess housing, for over 6 months it was horrid with building and nails spread all over my driveway, took away someone’s pride and joy backyard for 3 families to live behind you is the new American dream I assume. Not to mention they wanted over $3,000 for a 1,200 sq ft barely 2 stories that (god forbid) will Give a peeping tom the show of a life time since it hovers over other people’s properties if you want the address is 6625 duchess drive which is funny, you search it up and it gives 11174 Keith Drive also, they didn’t change the parcel # so technically even though it is a “detached ADU” our address still shows up on files for redfin, Zillow, rentstimate, any renting or housing network, I will want to say we have lived in this house for over 15 years, and just a year ago one day they decided to give us a month warning to clean our backyard so they can take our sunlight away and our playtime with our dogs, now we have a building that looks like it belongs in a 3rd world country, if I could give zero stars I would, because agam properties not only neglected their long time renters and tenants they decided instead of putting money into our home that we rented 15 years ago with a bad roof which we get knocks on it everyday , we email Scott and nothing, no insulation in these walls and on my phone it’s calculated that it’s always 32 degrees from 5am to 9am when getting ready for work, there’s no central heating/ AC roof shingles about to give out and when they built the ADU they said they’ll fix both overhead garage and house itself
