Experiencia fantástica: In 2008 I went to my high school reunion and re-connected with my old friend Rich. I found out he was now a real estate agent. A year later I was in the market for a home and called Rich. That was a good move. I love my Livonia home! Eleven years later In July 2020 my wife and I decided to sell our Dearborn rental home. I called Rich. I thought I should make a lot of outside home improvements. I discussed it with Rich and he advised not to do anything right now. Against my own gut feeling I did not make the improvements. The home sold in a few days, just like Rich said it would! Right after our closing I contracted Rich to sell my mother's South Lyon condo. A day before we were going to activate our listing, a similar condo went for sale at the same price. I thought the other condo was better and I discussed lowering the price. Rich said not to change the price, and he gave his reasoning. Once more I went against my gut feeling and listened to Rich. Good for me, once more Rich was right! The condo sold in one day. The reason the buyers picked our condo over the other was the exact reason Rich had given me to keep the price the same! To sum it up I value Rich's professionalism and advise. I interviewed several real estate agents before I listed my home for sale. I watched Rich Realty and Erik closely for a while, and decided that the best agent for me was Erik from Rich Realty. He has always, always, always available. He is professional, yet personal, and makes me feel like I am his only seller. He listed my beautiful home on Wednesday, and by Friday (even before the sign was in the yard) we had 4 offers...most over asking price. My situation was a little complicated, by I was comforted and reassured that things would be fine....and guess what? They actually were. I learned very quickly to trust my Agent. I have never ever had a better experience and I think I have actually made a good friend.
