I can't express how completely amazed we are about having an honest Real estate agent/broker who is not only looking out for your best interest while being thorough from start to finish. Crystal is amazing and more like a friend than an agent/broker. The depth of her experience in this business surpasses any other agent/broker we have ever had. They were able to quickly organize a showing and help me put in an offer on the very same day. They were always quick to respond, easy to get a hold of, and kept everything moving along smoothly. When the condo ended up in a bidding war, they helped me navigate it and gave me great advice throughout the process. I had a lot of stress as a first time home-buyer, but they diffused all of it. I've contacted her several times over the years out of curiosity to think about whether I should sell or not. She has always been courteous and patient in entertaining my questions. Of course, when I recently decided to sell my place it had to happen urgently and without any delay! Crystal got into action immediately. She pushed back a little bit on my timeline to give us time to make a couple of needed improvements to make the place more appealing (paint, carpet, declutter etc).
