First, we won an extremely competitive bidding process on a house with multiple offers the first weekend it went on the market. Tim knew how to guide us through structuring a winning bid without pushing beyond our level of comfort. He was responsive to each small question along the way (and I had many) and stayed in close contact so that we knew the status at each moment.
