Experiencia fantástica: I can’t say enough good about William Lewis. We first contacted William via internet because we had wanted to rent a place on the east coast of Florida for 2-3 months. Immediately after posting what we were looking for, William got back to us. He emailed us places together will all the info. This went on for a couple of weeks. After talking it over, my husband & I decided to look for a condo. Once again William came through for us sending us places and giving us all the information he had available. He did say if we were seriously looking to buy, it might be a good idea to fly down to Delray for a few days (we are from N.Y.). So we went down & ended up putting a down payment on a condo. However, after the appraiser’s report, we decided to cancel our offer. Once again, William found us another place which we had seen on our visit to Florida. Because of distance from Florida, there were many different things William handled for us. The day prior to our closing, William went and did a walk-through, making sure everything was good. He got back to us & said all was good. The day after the closing, William, called again to let us know everything went well & to congratulate us. He informed us of the water/electric situation. I would definitely recommend William to friends & family. He was a terrific realtor to work with.
