Experiencia negativa: Justin and Anna are completely unprofessional and rude. They operate an Illegal Airbnb on behalf of a Peeping Tom. We contacted them to request a refund for the remaining days we were not going to be there because we didn't feel safe due to the owner's behavior, profanities and insults were hurled at us. Their properties are Not Maintained at all. ROACHES, Moldy Washing machines, exposed wiring, in addition to nasty smells because they don't even take the garbage bins out regularly. After we complained, they tried to Extort us into not leaving a review by locking the access to Our Personal bikes. Another reason amateurs don't belong in the housing industry. DO NOT, under any circumstances, do business with them. You will thank me later. Update: Anna called the Police on us claiming we are trespassing because they tried to cancel the reservation. However, they don't have any authority since they are NOT Licensed Property Managers and can't authorize a refund. Additionally, the property is NOT zoned nor approved by the City of Delray Beach. Besides Tax Fraud, they are complicit in covering up the complaints by other guests through Extortion and Coercion. Lovely pair these Two make. They have Absolutely No Clue about tenant/landlord law and it shows. They will be disciplined by the DBPR for their actions and dealt with Civilly. We have 20+ years in the RE business and have Never dealt with clowns like these Two. Maybe instead of cosplaying a real agent on TikTok, go get some education and training. Better yet, just get out of the business. Neither of them is a real Floridian and people like this give the industry a bad name.
