Experiencia fantástica: There are few words or phrases that can adequately describe my experience with Michelle Sadownick—prepared, instinctive, conscientious, great attention to detail, professional—none of them seem to grasp how good she is at her job or my experience with her. My circumstance wasn’t easy for me; I was looking at homes in Florida while my partner was in NJ due to the pandemic. We would look at listings, and I would go see them. In the beginning, my partner and I had a different vision and had to make adjustments. Michelle immediately went above and beyond to make the process as easy as possible for her. We had moved here to be close to my parents, and I'm going to desperately miss my mom being so close to me. Over the next few months, Michelle worked closely with my mom, always taking the time to explain everything clearly and answer all of her questions—no matter how many times she asked. You could tell that Michelle genuinely became fond of my mom. She understood my mom genuinely wanted to understand, and to feel comfortable and in control. The closing a few weeks ago was seamless thanks to Michelle, and my mom was so appreciative of the special kindness she was shown throughout the entire process.
