Experiencia fantástica: Boardwalk Realty recently represented me on a home purchase. This purchase was my fourth one, and while the sample size is not large, I can unequivocally say that Boardwalk was the best real estate representation I have worked with. For starters, Alena and Chris were both very responsive and accommodating of my schedule. I have a typical "8-5, M-F" work routine, and often have a lot of meetings during the day. So my ability to do a walk-through, or to have a zoom call, is fairly limited during the day. Alena and Chris were always willing to have early evening meetings or showings, which I still feel bad about to this day... Alena and Chris also provided very effective representation when it came time to negotiate on a property, both in terms of setting reasonable market expectations of price, and also in getting the owner to agree to certain maintenance items; Chris caught a few mechanical/structural concerns that I certainly would not have caught. Boardwalk was also a great advocate at the final walkthrough, as the owners were a bit late in getting the final cleaning done.
