Experiencia fantástica: My wife and I wanted to look into buying a small beach city property in the Santa Cruz area but, coming from SoCal, had no connections to real estate agents. My wife frequents YouTube and ran into Michele's wealth of video's on everything to do with real estate in the area. She past me some links, and , in June 2023, we decided to make an exploratory trip to SC and ask her to meet with us. She spent a good hour with us and advised us to check out all the different areas of SC County. She set us up on her brokers “search and notify” web system and off we went. My wife and I headed back to SoCal to work on our relocation to NorCal, and I monitored the search results from her system. We had made a decision on what we wanted to buy in July and I sent Michele an email that we wanted to see a place. That's where the relationship really started. She showed us a couple of units in a large condo complex and we surprised her by saying we wanted to make an offer. She didn't claim to be an expert on this complex, however she knew someone who was, and brought them into the discussion. Michele helped us through the offer and counter offer, which we accepted. That's when the hard work really kicks in. Michele is business like when she needs to be, and friendly when she recognizes how tough escrow can be on her buyers. Michele has a “Transaction Coordinator” to keep the crazy amount of documents flowing. My wife and I had a lot of questions during disclosures and Michele dug hard to find answers herself, or find someone else who could. Everything worked out in the end. For me, this was a daunting process, but I felt like I connected with Michele. I recommend to anyone that is buying or selling to make sure you feel you have a good connection with your agent.
