Marite Dufour, David Lyng Real Estate

Experiencia fantástica: Marite was an absolute pleasure to work with! She is sweet, warm, professional, responsive, and so much fun to work alongside. We definitely had a few hurdles along the way, but we worked together as a team, communicated well, and got the job done! ✨ I truly enjoyed working with Marite and would happily work with her again anytime, anywhere. Five stars all the way! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Experiencia fantástica: It was a true pleasure working with Marite. She represented us in the sale of our home and guided us through every step with professionalism, expertise, and care. From the initial listing to the final closing, she made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Her communication was always clear and timely, and we felt confident knowing she had our best interests at heart. We highly recommend Marite to anyone looking to buy or sell a home- she’s simply outstanding.

Experiencia fantástica: Marite is the best! I recently worked with her to sell my mom's house after her passing. I live out of state so it was super important to me to find someone that I could trust. Marite went above and beyond from day one. She was in constant communication, super proactive and detail oriented. She handled all the last-minute details in preparation of putting the house on the market and made sure it was presented in the best possible way. And it paid off, her house looked amazing, and it sold over asking in less than a week. Even after an offer was accepted Marite worked to ensure that the closing process went smoothly and as stress free as possible. I can't thank her enough for all she did to help my family through this difficult time, I know that my mom would be proud!

Experiencia fantástica: Hi I have recently closed as deal with Marite as a Buyers agent while she was representing the seller . Experiencia fantástica: Working with Marite was a fantastic experience. She was professional, proactive, and always kept me updated with timely information, making the process smooth from start to finish. In Silicon Valley’s fast-paced market, having all the necessary disclosures and information upfront is critical, and she did an outstanding job positioning the listing with everything my buyers needed to make a confident offer. I truly appreciated her expertise and efficiency, and I look forward to working together again!

Experiencia fantástica: Hi! I worked with Marite on a project in westside of Santa Cruz, 327 Wilkes Circle. I found her extremely easy to work with. A lot of agents are not so concerned about their sellers/clients. Marite is very concerned and actively protects her clients wants/desires. She doesn't try to micromanage me either. She is not only easy to work with but has extremely good values and is very trustworthy. I would recommend Marite, in a second, to anyone wanting to buy or sell a home.

Experiencia fantástica: Marite is wonderful and amazing. She helped my husband and I with the purchase of our very first mobile home and everything went fast and smooth. Experiencia fantástica: Marite is a pleasure to work with. She is hardworking and generous, the type of person that gets stuff done no matter what.

Experiencia fantástica: I have used Marite Dufour's services in both selling my house and buying a new property. This was a most pleasant experience and she exceeded my previous experiences with real-estate agents in terms of competency, engagement, and diligence. Moreover, I liked Marite’s personal style and authenticity; she went above and beyond as an agent and has become a friend. Her support was unprecedented and certainly tops what one would usually expect. I can only greatly recommend Marite.

Experiencia fantástica: My sisters and I had the greatest experience working with Marite Dufour. She is truly a professional in her business practices, shows integrity and dedication in every aspect of her work! She represented us as the Seller's agent; we had a property in the Scott's Valley area that was very difficult to sell because of county restrictions and building codes. She was very attentive, highly detailed, and she always kept us informed. She was always quick to answer any questions we had. She took the time and effort to get the answers needed regarding the salability of this property. A harder worker and more dedicated real estate agent you will never find! Tirelessly and with extreme commitment Marite worked at all hours helping us market this property. She pounded the pavement, made multiple, multiple phone calls, and did not stop supporting this effort to sell. I have no doubt that many other agents would have walked away from this, but Marite would not stop. Her follow-through skills and bringing a deal to closure are certainly a 10 out of 10 stars. Throughout the entire process she was always there for us, providing detailed information on the status. She is someone that we found to be highly trustworthy, committed, dedicated and very hard working. I highly recommend choosing Marite as your realtor business partner. Marite will go above and beyond your expectations!

Experiencia fantástica: Marite is just a terrific realtor. She goes above and beyond for all her clients and you really feel like family. We were very much in a seller’s market, but she still insisted on doing staging and having professional photos done even though we suggested it might not be a necessary expense. She paid for both and just felt like she was not doing her job if these things weren’t done. She was extremely involved every step of the way and was a delight to work with. Not all realtors are created equal!

Experiencia fantástica: I had the privilege of working with Marite Dufour, Realtor with David Lyng Real Estate, on a recent real estate purchase transaction in Hayward, California. Marite represented my clients magnificently as the Buyers’ Agent in the extremely competitive California housing market. To put it in context, the housing market is such that there are abundantly more homebuyers than there are homes on inventory, therefore, creating challenges in finding the right home, for the right price and, ultimately, getting a purchase offer accepted. Marite, not only worked tirelessly to make herself available to my clients at any time of day, but because she has an astute understanding of the local market and the Sellers’ expectations, she was successful in negotiating a purchase offer that was accepted. We closed in record time with Marite’s personal attention constantly on the pulse of our progress. Being a mortgage lender for over 20 years, I would rank Marite amongst the top in her field. Her expertise, intimate knowledge of her market, her excellent communication skills, exceptional follow-up, tenacity, professionalism, kindness, and humanity were all evident in my interactions with her. Moreover, she showed great care and concern for her clients as individuals. Marite has all the qualities that make her a top choice as a Realtor.
