We did nothing but put our trust in Jeremy and it paid off. Use him! I was looking to buy property in New York though I live in another state. My husband and I searched all the various real estate websites, Zillow, redfin etc...But we had no idea where in Syracuse we wanted to live. I went to the Syracusehistory page on Instagram because lots of people share great ideas there and I was going to ask the question "who is the best realtor?" But they'd just posted that question and lots of people named Jeremy Allen. I clicked on his Instaprofile and the very house my husband had great interest in was Jeremy's listing. I sent him a private message about that listing and we agreed to chat the next day. Jeremy is a fantastic realtor, this was going to be the 15th house I was buying so I'm not a novice. He not only offered to Facetime us through different showings, but he was available anytime day or night, seven days a week. Jeremy talked to us about neighborhoods, where to look, where to avoid. We are moving from a small town with one school district, Jeremy shared the nuances of property taxes in different school districts which we would have never thought of. Jeremy enlisted the best team to help us get financing and we did it via an app on our phone! The house was not kept up very well and had a reverse mortgage on it. I did not have the means or the time to fix it up to be sold nor the means to pay off the reverse mortgage and figure it all out later. Jeremy went to look at the house and through his vast network was able to find an investor who was interested in purchasing the house and fixing up to then turn around and sell. On top of that he was able to talk the investor into purchasing as is, meaning I did not have to get all the furniture and household items out. Take what was good and leave the rest. This saved me having to take time off from work to travel and rent a dumpster to clean everything out.
