We closed in just under 30 days which is super unusual and have moved things in to our family home just in time to bring home our new baby! Highly recommend!

This is important in such a tight market when homes might only be on the market for 3 days. She has a great deal of knowledge regarding the inspections process and spends time in potential problem areas when viewing a home (attics and basements). She is knowledgeable of the financing options and has resources who can provide even more information. She is amazing at crafting offers and knows many of the realtors in the area. I had multiple #2 offers before landing my purchase and often received direct feedback that our offer was solid. Krista makes you feel as if you are her only client, despite being a high volume realtor in the area. She worked around my crazy schedule and even previewed properties for me when time of was limited. When I became discouraged by the market, she stayed positive. She is professional, follows laws and regulations, and is always honest and realistic. She also is not heavy on pressure and let me wane in the number of viewings a few times during the search process based on my energy, needs and availability. I highly recommend her for first time home buyers or buyers of any kind. I didn't find a starter home, I found a for a while home. I will honestly list with Krista if I ever feel the need to leave my current location but couldn't be happier with the home that I ultimately purchased. It met all of my needs.
