4 days ago Experiencia fantástica: Stephanie was amazing to work with, she communicated quickly and when she was busy with other clients/things she still let you know and said she would get back to you and consistently did. She advocated for us when we put in an offer and the other realtor wasn't being professional, and she was always quick to point out anything concerning when we toured houses, putting us before any sales. She truly wanted to help us find the best house for us! We bought a house and sold our previous house through her a year ago and she made sure both sales went smoothly which was tough since our closings were on the same day. Even now she still sends up cards and makes sure to keep in touch and check in on how we are showing how much she truly cares. Was having issues with Verizon due to them not canceling previous tenant’s internet. Sent her a message and she hopped right on it and everything resolved in about an 1hr or so! 1 year ago Experiencia fantástica: In 1979 Mike and I bought a house that was our Home for 43 years. Due to jnexpected major health issues we realized last summer that, at 80 and 81, we needed to live nearer family and began the moving process. It was not a move we ever expected to make, nor did we really want to leave the house, community and friends we dearly loved. But, it was time to do so. So we contacted Stephanie. We knew her as she had been our daughter’s neighbor and helped her when she moved to Florida 2 years ago. I remember our Real Estate agent in 1979. She was a task oriented “ look at it, if you like it I’ll send you papers to sign” kind of agent. Stephanie is 100% the opposite. She was really there for us and She really CARED about us from the very beginning and kept in touch even after we had moved. She was incredibly supportive and guided us with suggestions but was never over bearing like we had experienced in 1979. She even came to our huge Moving Sale videotaping and posting about it on Face Book encouraging people to come to it. I cannot begin to put it into words adequately, but I can tell you if your elect to have her represent you when you sell your house, you will never regret it. Thank you Stephanie for everything. You are an amazing Lady, an EXCELLENT agent and a true Friend!

1 year ago Experiencia fantástica: Stephanie is an experienced realtor. She is responsive and always answers you quickly. We used her to sell our house and buy a different one. She provided just the right amount of support during the buying process, which is a stressful event in any case. If you have a house to sell in western Onondaga County I would not use anyone else. She knows the market and has sold many older cape cods like ours very successfully. She sold ours in less than a week for a great price. But that’s not even the best part. As part of her services she will provide staging using a combination of furnishings she supplies and your own. My own furniture was in sad shape but she made it look fantastic. Our house looked picture perfect when it went on the market with a combination of our repairs and her staging. Listen to her and follow her advice to clean, declutter and repair. Some of it didn’t come intuitively to me, but if you follow her instructions you should sell your house very quickly.

Walking through one listing Stephanie inspected the house like she was the buyer. Every detail was important and she explained what she was seeing with expertise.
