Experiencia fantástica: I've known Nick for years. I normally try to not mix friends and family with finances. In this case I'm glad I did. Nick does good work. I'm writing this in 2022 during a housing shortage. Things are very different from the last time I bought in 2009. Several homes I looked at sold for $50k or more over their asking price. Nick was adept at predicting how long homes would stay on the market, how much they'd eventually sell for, etc. It helped me keep my sanity when I was close to giving up on this market.
