Experiencia fantástica: I had the pleasure of working with Lisa Prochazka on a large parcel purchase that was located 100’s of miles away from Brighton. Words cannot express the amount of diligent work Lisa put into this deal; not only to make sure the deal was fair, but to ensure I was protected from any and all unforeseen issues both legally and financially. She was ALWAYS available to take my call/texts, and answer my emails, even though I know she had countless other clients she was working with. She LITERALLY was out of the country and not only available to aid me at my discretion (despite the time difference), she was still working on this deal and resolving issues with the sellers non stop! Her work ethic is next to none. There is no agent above Lisa in terms of knowledge nor professionalism. She truly is fighting for you in your corner. She is not afraid to be stern and direct with the other parties agent when necessary. Anyone who has made a real estate transaction without using Lisa, has had a subpar real estate experience, and lost out on the financial savings and information that Lisa would have been able to provide them.

Ashlee is committed to her clients with an attention to detail and is very proactive. We found Ashlee on Zillow so we didn’t expect her to be so committed to us and so attentive. It was like we were her only clients. Our budget was challenging but she treated us like we had a million-dollar budget. My husband and I were obsessed with a house, and we proceeded to put an offer in but there were many red flags in the contract that we didn’t see. Ashlee brought the potential issues to our attention before we would have made a huge mistake buying that home. Any realtor could have easily let us move forward, collect their commission, and move on to the next client. Almost a year after showing us homes and writing up offers, we found our forever dream home and Ashlee fought hard for us and went above and beyond to make it happen.
