Terri and Lloyd listed our property and executed an outstanding and smooth purchase from list to close, handling every challenge with seller-motivated initiatives. I am sincerely thankful for their efforts. Now that the sale is executed, we were on to what we believed was the easiest part: finding a home. With the help of the Terri & Lloyd team, we found and executed a successful offer for what we believed was our dream home. Real estate can have many challenges below surface level, which most consumers will never find until it's too late. The property we found was amazing, but we were adamant about adding a pool to any home where a pool didn't exist. This property had the space, the view, and what appeared at surface level, there was no issue with a future pool installation. Fast forward several days before closing when an easement concern came to light. Upon those findings, we were devastated but concluded we could purchase the property based on this new information. Terri and Llyod immediately began the process of protecting us and our interest in a safe and successful exit and finding us a new home that suited our needs and interests in less than 24 hours from our conclusion of a house we were about to call home. I am confident in my real estate ability, but that day taught me a lesson.
