He got our offer accepted in less than 6 hours & was absolutely phenomenal throughout the entire process (nothing new!!). I said it 6 years ago && I’ll say it again, Todd nailed it!!! May, 2019. Working with Todd to become first time homebuyers was an exceptional experience. Todd went above and beyond in helping me with getting my house ready to sell (sold in 3 days!), and always made himself available when I'd call last minute to set up a viewing for a new house. If I were to enter the market again I'd definitely use Todd, but hopefully that won't be for 20+ years!

Experiencia fantástica: What a great group! Todd was amazing the entire time and made this my favorite shopping purchase. So glad I reached out to him on a whim. He would bend over backwards to help us day or night and no matter what else he had going on. He had lots of good advice, and that's coming from me feeling like I'm pretty knowledgeable and experienced in home purchases. Best quality: he was a super proactive communicator, which I personally appreciate a lot. He would give us updates without asking while we would wait for other agents to get back to us (sometimes way too long!). He would tell us way ahead of time of any plans he had coming up that may conflict with showings we may request, so we would plan around it or he would offer someone else in his office to help if something was needed. We started off unsure of how much we wanted to spend. He showed us $350k houses and even a $700 house which we ended up going with. He applied zero pressure and just seemed like the most genuine person that wanted to truly help and loves what he is doing day in and day out. I love that. I really live by the philosophy of serving others, even in our businesses and careers, and he truly embodies that trait. I recommend him for a newer buyer, knowing that you'll be super cared for and he'll give you care like you're part of his family, and for the seasoned buyer that just wants space and someone dedicated to helping them find their perfect house.
