From start to finish, her and her team were communicative, personable, and fought for us to purchase our beautiful home under asking price. Prior to purchasing, we attended a first time home buyer’s seminar at her office. We even brought our son along in his stroller, and they were kind enough to help us lift the stroller into the building and helped keep the baby entertained through the seminar - just little things that we noticed that helped us to further our decision to purchase a home with Mish Realty. The seminar was SUPER informative and they truly broke everything down to make things easier to understand for someone that may not be as knowledgeable about the housing market. (Not going to lie, the free bagels and coffee were definitely a plus too LOL) There were a few bumps in the road that were out of anyone’s control in the process of purchasing , and Judy made sure to keep us informed of any changes and worked around an already busy schedule to accommodate our needs.
