This is the second home Maria has helped my wife and I buy and sell in the past 4 years. She utilized two different strategies for both sales...both of which resulted in us selling our homes fast (within one day) and getting SIGNIFICANTLY OVER over our asking price both times. She first helped us sell our first home, 4 years ago, which resulted is us getting $20,000 over the asking price. She immediately then helped us buy our next home and negotiated a deal (due to findings after the inspection was completed) with the seller that resulted in us saving over $16,000 off the agreed selling price.
