Experiencia fantástica: This review is so long overdue. Jose is truly elite at what he does. I have worked with him twice, in the last ten years, on the buying and selling side. He helped my husband and I find our first home before we got married. I was 21 and had no idea what I was looking for or how to even go about buying a home. Jose handled everything and was so patient with me, taking me to almost THIRTY houses in one day. It took me about a month to commit to a house. We went under escrow and duh duh duhhhh.. the appraisal came back about fifteen grand lower, if memory serves right. With the type of loan we had we couldn't go over the appraisal and the seller was not happy. They did not want to accept the lower offer and basically threatened to back out. Then the seller wanted to take the appliances in the house that were originally included. My husband and I were ready to walk away but Jose worked out a deal with the selling agent and we closed on the house at the appraisal price on time. I still don't know what magic he worked, but I am thankful for it. I loved that house. The second time we worked with him, we definitely gave him a doozy of a challenge. It was a very down market, we owned a townhome with a high monthly HOA, we were building a house with contingency to sell our townhouse (so ticking clock), and our HOA was in the middle of a lawsuit for structural issues with the builders. It was also the second time we were listing the property in a year. We used a family friend the first time, which I don't recommend. He went all out with our listing making sure it looked incredible and it was everywhere for the most people to see. The marketing analytics were fantastic to see. He got us an offer with time to spare. The offer came from an international buyer whose agent did a video walkthrough with them. Everything was going so smoothly until the buyers loan officer would not answer if they had the clear to close. Jose immediately jumped on the issue to get to the bottom of what was going on and what he could do to help the buyers agent close while keeping us in the loop every step of the way. The buyer owned multiple properties and basically the debt to income was a bit tight. Jose helped the other agent get that figured out. Then there was a document that needed a wet signature (signed in person) that was required but the buyer was out of the country. Jose immediately started looking at roundtrip flights to get that signature done so we would close on time and wouldn't lose our new build. We were speaking to Jose morning, noon, and night that last week and a half, to get that townhouse sold. There is no doubt in my mind, that there is NO WAY that any other agent could have closed that sale! The buyers threw so many curve balls and even if they weren't Jose's to handle, he handled them. The man held that sale down! Jose is a professional through and through. He was made for this line of work. There is no one I would trust more to handle any real estate transaction. I recommend him to anyone and everyone. Not going with him for your next transaction is a mistake.

Experiencia fantástica: We originally are from CT and were working with a realtor who we made plans to fly to FL so we can see some properties. We had given her a list of what we were looking for in a perfect home and she showed us properties that were way over our budget or had no qualities of what we were looking for. Upon arrival we call her and ask her if she had a schedule for us and she dodged the question. She would text us and tell us to meet her at 1 and then she would cancel and say we would look at properties the next day. She wasn’t talkative, not organized at all and we didn’t see many properties while there. We would look up houses and ask her if we can go see them. We felt like we were doing her job for her. We had 1 last day remaining in our visit and when looking for realtors jose came up. We knew he was probably booked since this was very last minute but we decided to try anyways. We sent him an email at night time and he responded right away and scheduled a showing for the NEXT DAY! He sent us an email with a list of properties in our budget in which there was a like or dislike button so he can get to know what we like. upon arrival the next day to the properties he had a book with the properties pictures and info as well as a space for notes waiting for us. (Awesome when you’re forgetful). Jose was funny,social, patient, organized, timely, personable, professional etc. We didn’t find our perfect home that day but when we came back he had a beautiful house waiting for us with all the qualities we wanted in a home.
