Timing was important as had kids to register for new schools too. Being from New York where the home closing process is quite different, I had many questions and concerns regarding this closing process without an attorney in the picture but Tennille walked me through every step very patiently including instructions on verifying the title company selected by seller. There are times I called her just for advice on things that are outside her expertise but she still gave me directions that helped me strategize my course of action. Tennille may be a workaholic though because she responses to emails at odd hours so I started holding back my questions until next business day so that she does not feel compelled to work after hours. My criteria for a realtor when I sought one out, was someone who could be very responsive, who was lived close in the area, one who had good reviews as well as one who didn't have tons of listings. Because I live out of state from the property location, my criteria was important and Tenille matched all those. Tennille went beyond my expectations of what normally one would think they do. Over a 15 month period she helped get my house ready for sale as I was not local she handled basically everything. My house needed repairs and work - she helped organize and prioritize a list of what needed to be done, helped get quotes and/or contacts, made appointments and met service people at the house, was very responsive in communication and made frequent stops to the house. And this is not even everything she did. Also when the house finally went up for sale, we were in constant communication regarding pricing and she made weekly house trips. Once it did sell, during closing again she was very organized and helped me work through all closing items until finally it sold. In addition, she's extremely organized, very easy to work with as well as caring and understanding of my concerns.
