Experiencia negativa: Jason lapene refused to meet with us at a property in Hamilton Mill where we texted and voice mailed we wanted to sign a contract. He to this day will not answer. He asked us on the phone if we could afford the payment?? Not legal. We drive to his office to meet him about this as we still desired this new property! The building manager says they’ve tried to reach him for the past two years as he has mail but he won’t answer either! He has no office there. What a waste if an hour to drive to his fake office! Unprofessional to say the least not to mention we are reporting him to the Board of Georgia Realtors. Bob Carson … would still welcome his call!

Experiencia fantástica: Jason SAVED Me-- My Dad passed away recently & the potential buyer wanted to sue me because we had already signed the purchasing agreement , ready to exchange- My dear friend introduced me to Jason and read the purchase agreement and found the 'biggest' loop-hole' that apparently most realtors make - ensuring that the Purchase Agreement is correct- the full address, location, county etc-- so the agreement became null and void and I could leave and take care of my Dad's Funeral--What a relief!!
