Experiencia fantástica: You absolutely want Justin Radtke in your corner. As first time home buyers (and newlyweds!), we had many trepidations and questions about homes and the homebuying process. Justin remained responsive and knowledgeable, knowing after a quick look whether a home was well-maintained and likely a good deal or a veneer of value hiding a bevy of problems. He was proactively helpful with informing us how we could manage the money we had saved to make this shift - he knew what considerations there are for earnest money, when the first mortgage payment is due, and the value and risks associated with a due diligence period. He knows the right people for inspections, mortgages, and home maintenance having had a decade of experience. I tried to find the best value for loan officers, for inspectors, for plumbers, etc. - I ended up (arguably) wasting my time because the best value ended up being the same people he eventually recommended. He is an absolute bulldog in negotiations - our first home managed to negotiate a price well below the eventual appraised value, and with seller concessions on top of that. Value, competence, and peace of mind in the homebuying process are excellent, but what I think I am most appreciative of in my experience with Justin is how he attentively got to know my wife and I after a series of home showings, deliberately developing a picture of who we were and what we wanted our home to be. The home he found for us is beyond perfect for our introverted nature and our laundry list of desires. I cannot fully articulate how excited we are to move in, and it absolutely could not have ended up so perfect without Justin. We are immensely grateful.

In this strange housing market we find ourselves in I was a little uneasy about selling my house not knowing if I’d make enough to find anything else worth moving to. I reached out to them and they gave their best estimate of what my old house could sell for, quickly got it listed on several platforms with excellent pictures and description. We got an asking price offer the first day that was ultimately what we ended up accepting. While waiting to close on selling we found the best possible house we could have dreamed of in our price range that went on the market. That day Justin was quick to get us in the house and Michelle even wrote a personalized letter to the seller that was included in our offer and ultimately won them over. They were able to coordinate closing on the new house the day after selling the old and it was all a very seamless process. Justin and Michelle communicated well and quickly with us throughout the entire process. I bought my first house with them at a great time, sold it for a huge profit, and now we have our dream home.

We still hoped to get top dollar - and we did! We were able to sell our home the first day for over asking.
