He has a very friendly personality, doesn’t push you into buying a place if you don’t want it and is very understandable with reasoning, and he wants what is best for you! My search took almost a year but we both stuck with it and he was very gracious in informing me about different properties and some of the work that needed to be done and whether or not they were the best fit. He is always willing to listen to requests and he did that quite a lot with me as a first time homebuyer since I had to move in with my mother and she can be a bit picky. When we needed clarification on a few things his emails and texts were succinct and informative. He is a a great realtor and if you have the chance to work with him definitely jump on that opportunity!

He did not try to sell just any place to me but instead pointed out both positives and negatives so that I could make an informed decision. Steve never asked me to sign with him (ie work exclusively with him for a month or more), and showed different types of properties which allowed me to figure out what I wanted without ever feeling rushed. Steve assisted throughout the entire process, recommending inspectors, lenders, and lawyers without me feeling obligated to use his suggestions (I did use them and was happy with them). He also came to the inspection, walk- through, and closing, ensuring everything was completed correctly and in the timeline I was looking for. Steve is very good at his job, and if his job is to find you your new home, you are in good hands.
